Research Of Quality Management Of Large Construction Cluster

Large cluster project is to live, work, entertainment and so on sets one of the buildings, the construction of the project need to invest a lot of social labor resources and human resources, its degree of progress of the construction of the stand or fall of the state, society, economy and environment is a certain influence. In the current rapid development of social economy, the construction unit is the sponsor of the project, only the construction unit from beginning to end to participate in the construction of the whole project management. Therefore, the task of the project, under the premise of the tight, the construction unit adopt what kind of effective method to control large cluster engineering construction quality and management, is the key to guarantee the project quality.In this paper, according to the related theories of project quality management and related methods, this paper discusses the development of project quality management research at home and abroad, summarizes the large cluster project construction quality problems and status quo of construction quality management problems of the stages, from human factors, management factors, technical factors, environmental factors and social factors were analyzed, and discussed the construction unit in the large cluster in the process of project quality management to take corresponding measures. Finally, according to the construction of new campus of nanning college management as an example, the application of project quality management theory and method, the whole life cycle stage mainly demonstrates the construction project construction unit from human factors, management factors and technical factors that adopt corresponding measures to control the quality of the project, and achieved good results.The study got the following conclusion:the construction unit must pay attention to the selection of top management, by using the mathematical model of the quality risk matrix method reasonable divided into bid lots, through the work of quality supervision of the contractors to ensure the engineering quality, finally realizes the project quality goals. But the bid in the division between quantity and quality of the project remains to be further study of the influence degree of the aspect, in the process of large cluster project quality management research achievements effectively.
