Research On Quality Management Of Large-Scale Co-generation Construction Project

Facing Once any quality problem occurred in such a large constructions, it would do badly harm to the public's benefits and their securities. In this case, the construction quality has been paid more and more attentions by the public. This paper analyzed the generation and development situation of Handan cogeneration project and illustrated the necessity and urgency of project management and project quality control. It also discussed the project quality plan and quality supervision in theory, and then analyses the content and workflow of quality control in construction stage and approval stage. It shows that project quality planning requires a series of processes, such as project identification, project requirement analysis, the quality of project objectives, project quality plans, effective supervision and guarantee measures ensuring that quality objectives. Quality control is affected by multiple factors; the most critical is human control. It is necessary to learn initiative and preventive control during the quality control process.
