With the development of ship manufacturing industry and ocean transportation, the global scale of shipping matching industrial increased greatly. But shipping matching equipments mostly dependent on imports, while our independence R&D capacity has not been improved obviously at home, which has become a bottleneck restrict on the development of the shipbuilding industry in our country. In order to adapt to the rapid development of ship manufacturing industry, we need to promote domestic ship manufacturing industry scale and the independent research and development ability, which is particularly important. Among shipping matching equipments, shipborne reinforced computer, as the core of information processing hardware platform in the cabin equipment, which is also dominated by Europe and the United States for a long time, therefore, the development of shipborne reinforced computer conform to the requirements with the high reliability, will be conducive to increase the rate of domestic reinforced computer shipment and marketization.This paper combine with the actual project from company, aimed to develop shipborne reinforced computer in bad environment with high reliability. The paper puts forward the overall structure scheme of reinforced computer chassis based on UG parameterized modeling capabilities, integrated with modern design method,such as computer aided design and analysis, environmental adaptability design, electromagnetic compatibility design. And we get chassis digital prototype model of the equipment. According to its damping property, we complete modal analysis with modal frequencies and mode shapes of computer, based on UG software in NX Nastran solver in UG software. This paper also puts forward the selection and layout of the metal shock absorber to establish the damping system. According to the thermal environment and electromagnetic environment of the equipment, this paper introduce the concrete methods of design,such as material selection, shielding structure, heat dispersion.The product has passed harsh environment tests,such as vibration, high temperature, damp heat, electromagnetic compatibility,and salt fog tests. These tests proved that the structure scheme and design approach of reinforced computer can prevent effectively the interference and damage to equipment under bad environment, which can guarantee its normal work. The equipment has been put into application with high reliability. It can be extended to the reliability design for general electronic equipments. |
