The New Thinking On Transformation And Reuse Of Wasteland Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Urbanization is a historical process of gradual transformation from the traditional rural society to the modern urban society, such as the industrial and service sectors. Over the past thirty years, many problems exposed during the rapid development of Chinese urbanization, and the low-end and extensive economic development model cause serious damage to land ecological. The new urbanization of people oriented and ecological civilization has put forward new demands on the wasteland reform in our country, and it also provides a new research perspective.Based on the summary and evaluation of the traditional urbanization and wasteland transformation and utilization mode, this research systematically analyzes the inherent relationship and the conjunction point of the two. optimizing the relationship between abandoned land, industry and people to complete the dual task of the new urbanization and the transformation and utilization of waste land. This paper tries to put forward the planning thinking "multiple core, multi-level goal, multi-dimensional path, multi joint force" from the perspective of Landscape Architecture, to connect the transformation and utilization of wasteland with the process of the whole society under the background of China’s new urbanization. Based on the industrial structure adjustment, it is an effective way to realize the multiple tasks of ecological restoration, land regeneration, landscape construction,population employment, and so on.Qingdao Daze Mountain quarrying waste comprehensive utilization planning is the concrete examples of the new planning thinking. This planning combines the industrial support, living environment, social security and human development and other new urbanization requirements with the transformation and utilization of wasteland comprehensive planning. Under the guidance of planning thinking " five+two", it explores an comprehensive utilization mode with regional features as the context, ecological restoration as the guide, industrial adjustment as the means and population urbanization as the target to practice new thinking, new path and new mode in the process of waste land transformation and utilization under the background of new urbanization.
