| The crisis of global warming caused by greenhouse gas emissions has seriously affected the survival and development of human society. Construction with high energy consumption and high consumption, has become one of the three major sources of greenhouse gas emissions in the global. Therefore, researchers are actively exploring the means of green energy, low-carbon, and sustainable development, which reduce the environmental damage of the construction activies to a minimum. How to bulid green construction, and reduce the greenhouse gas emissions of construction process is our building problems about green low-carbon construction, and era of new requirement about low-carbon society proposing the project manager in the process. In view of carbon emissions accurate accounting the construction process is the origin of low-carbon green buildings study. And quantifying the construction of carbon emissions is foundation of the accurate carbon emission factors and the science calculation methods. In this paper, researching the course of construction of various types of carbon emission factor, provide the basis data for the accurate accounting of construction carbon emissions, which is important for the construction industry to achieve energy saving.Identify the types of carbon emission factors is the foundation for the research on carbon emission factors of construction phase in construction engineering. By studying foreign authorities released carbon emission scope and survey to determine the carbon source in the process of construction on the basis of the scope of the carbon source. It can be divided into four carbon sources:fossil fuel, electricity, labour and construction matrial. After clear the type of carbon source, this article focuses on current published carbon emission factors of fossil fuel and electricity for authorities at home and abroad. By doing detailed theoretical and comparative analysis, this paper extracts the main points of calculating the carbon emission factors. Also, it combines and adjusts China’s national conditions, the construction environment and the current existed calculation methods. Finally, this paper establishes the carbon emission factor calculation model and the carbon emission factor dynamic database of fossil fuel and electricity. For existing in the construction, but research institutions at home and abroad has not yet been released some carbon emission factors, the article comes out with a new method.This study of carbon emission fator database for fossil fuel can be used as basis data of accounting the consumption of fossil fuel in construction engineering of carbon emissions. By using the calculation principle "carbon source input*carbon emission factors-carbon emissions ", it can predict and calculate the carbon emissions for the consumption of fossil fuel in the project. This study of carbon emission fator database for electricity can be used as basis data of accounting the carbon emissions of the purchased electricity in construction engineering. What’s more, it can be used as the basis data of accurate accounting the carbon emissions of the purchased electricity for production activity in enterprises or organizations. |
