Building construction process has long production period, energy and resourceconsumption, construction waste production characteristic such as more, soconstruction project construction process on the environment and resources will causeserious impact on the process of high energy and environmental factors are effectivecontrol and management, vigorously advocate to save energy, reduce emissions,reduce the amount of pollutants and emissions of the concepts as the basic principleof the low carbon production management technology, for the implementation of theconstruction of the strategy of sustainable development, and the promotion of lowcarbon production management mode has a positive effect.This paper first discusses the low carbon production management technologycontent and the research background, low carbon production management mode athome and abroad in the construction engineering of the specific application andshortage, and then reference domestic and international relevant low carbonconstruction technology guideline, and evaluation standard, this paper expounds thelow carbon production management mode, content and difficulty analysis, thenanalyzes the low carbon production management mode in construction engineeringapplication problems and solutions for low carbon production management model ofthe application in the building engineering is to provide reference. In case study part,taking Wuhan world trade splendid the Changjiang River project as an example, thispaper low carbon production management technology core ideas: minimizeconstruction activities on surrounding environment of adverse effect, as far aspossible to reduce the consumption of resources and energy, fully realize thesustainable development of construction technology. In the project adopted processanalysis of the building engineering divisions engineering environment factorsidentification detailed, it is concluded that the main environmental pollution factor isthe atmospheric pollutants, soil pollution, water pollutants, radioactive and lightpollution, noise pollution, solid waste, energy consumption etc exist in constructionproject construction phase of the environmental factors of the list, and trying to buildthe construction phase of the environmental factors influence model. In addition, thispaper also on low carbon production management technology can bring benefit andproves its feasibility.Through the above study found that low carbon production managementtechnology is the future development trend of construction projects, although atpresent in policy, economy and technology have has certain limitation, but accordingto the national energy-saving and emission reduction macroscopic planning, lowcarbon production management technology in building engineering will occupy themore and more important position.
