With the development of urban construction and the growning energy and environmental problems,Architectural tend to develop in new forms.Green buildings has get more and more attention due to its sustainable architectural forms.This paper take green building as the research object.Firstly,we analysis the incremental cost and benefit accounting of green buildings,compared with traditional buildngs.And based on these results,we propose a economic evaluation model to evaluate the economic viability green buildings.in order to comfirm the estimation scale of green buildings,we upgrade this economic evaluation model to a integrated green building evaluation model through the matter element analysis method.we provide the current research status of green buildings in China and abroad,then several main problems of green building evaluation system was summarized.green building was devided into four stages: Preliminary preparation stage,design stage,construction stage,operation and management stage,based on green building theory and the whole life cycle theory.Refer to the whole life cycle theory,each stage's incremental cost were accounted and summarized.Synthesis benefits and EBCR(economic benefit cost ratio)were used to build the economic model of green buildings.We selected 6 first class index and 20 second class index of green buildings based on a proper indices establishing principle.Then analytic hierarchy process was adopted to weight these index,and the matter element analysis method was adopted to confirm the relevancy of different index.Finally,a integrated green building evaluation model was established to comfirm the estimation scale of green buildings.we take a green ecological residential community(Project Z)in FuJian province as example.By accounting the green building incremental cost-effectiveness ratios,we found this project was economically feasible,and evaluate by the integrated green building evaluation model above,this project is a three stars green building project.Energy conservation index,water conservation index and land conservation index,these three first class index were ranked over 85 points,which can be confirmed as three-star index.While the material conservation index and operational management index were confirmed as two-star index,thus several improvement approach were proposed in this paper.This study indiceted that using analytic Hierarchy Process and the matter element analysis method to analysis green buildings are reasonable and feasible.Further more,it can promote the development of green buildings and complete the revelent comprehensive evaluation system.
