Research On The Life Cycle Incremental Cost And Incremental Benefits Of Green Buildings In K Project Of The Evergrande

At the time when environmental problems are becoming more and more serious,we are facing serious challenges such as resource depletion,ecological imbalance,and climate warming.Green buildings were born under this background.In order to cope with the current environmental problems and build a resource-saving and environmentfriendly sustainable development society,my country has been promoting the development of green buildings for a long time.There are more and more researches on green buildings,but green buildings need to invest more cost than traditional buildings,which has become the biggest obstacle to the rapid promotion of green buildings.The increase in green building costs also brings more functional benefits.We need to explore whether the increase in green building costs matches the benefits it brings.At present,the research on green buildings in my country is mainly focused on the cost composition,related technologies,and evaluation methods of green buildings.However,there is very little research on the incremental benefits brought by green building-related technologies.In this paper,through the investigation and analysis of the actual green construction project technology and data,the incremental cost and incremental benefit are studied,in order to promote the related research of green building.This article first analyzes the research status of green buildings at home and abroad,and defines the concept and theoretical basis of green buildings.Secondly,through literature research,the concept and detailed composition of incremental cost and incremental benefit were defined,the composition of incremental cost and incremental benefit were clarified,and the monetary quantification method of incremental cost and incremental benefit was studied.,To study various green construction technologies and green construction costs of the Evergrande K residential green building project,analyze the economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits produced by them,and conduct detailed analysis and calculation of incremental costs and incremental benefits,and The cost-benefit evaluation of green construction is carried out on the construction project.At the same time,comparing the costs and benefits of the green building project and ordinary projects,it is found that the incremental benefits of green buildings in the Evergrande K project during its life cycle are far greater than its incremental costs,and the promotion of green buildings is feasible.The research of this project demonstrates the feasibility and spread ability of green buildings,helps to provide developers and government departments with a decision-making basis for green building projects,and helps in the selection and promotion of green buildings.
