| Suspension monorail transit is a kind of monorail transportation, the transportation form has high space utilization, topography and adaptable, project cycle is short, the advantages of low cost, no pollution and comfort and safety, can very good satisfy the needs of the development of small and medium-sized city, is the medium and small volume, short and low capacity of rail transit system first option.This paper studied and analyzed the suspension monorail vehicles.This article selected German null columns group H-Bahn, suspension monorail vehicle as the research object, first of all, the finite element method (fem) is adopted to vehicles using solid rubber tyre stiffness are studied, and then analyze the structure and the topology structure of the vehicle and 3 d model and ADAMS dynamics simulation model is set up, the last reference to GB 5599-1985 and put forward some according to the characteristics of the suspension monorail vehicle dynamics performance indicators, and through the performance of vehicle running stability and curve and lateral wind to analyze the influence of vehicle research.Through the analysis of the structure of suspension monorail vehicles and dynamic performance after the analysis and study the following conclusions:1. The course is analyzed with finite element method (fem) the radial stiffness of the tire body and guide wheel body, estimates the single solid rubber guide wheel round the biggest radial bearing load Pmax= 9KN, a single solid rubber road wheel maximum vertical bearing load Pmax=24KN.2. According to the evaluation index, this paper puts forward the dynamic performance of the vehicle running stability and curve through performance analysis, deduce the heavy vehicle on straight line and curve line when running on the dynamics of evaluation indexes meet the design requirements.3. Guide the curve of the pre-tightening force of suspension monorail vehicles through performance has a certain influence, the same rate of the wheel under the condition of heavy load shedding and walk road wheel vertical load and decreases of prestressing force as the guide, the guide wheel maximum force increases with the increase of guide pre-tightening force.4. The cross wind on suspension monorail vehicle dynamics performance influence.Vehicles running on straight lines, when lateral wind speed less than or equal to 20 m/s wind, the empty heavy vehicles can be safer to run on a straight line;When the cross wind wind speed is more than 20 m/s, vehicles running on straight lines need to slow down or stop to ensure the safe operation of vehicles;When the side wind speeds of 30 m/s, vehicles advice service.Cars running on curve lines, wheel load reduction and the most guiding force of guide wheel with lateral wind load rate increases with the increase of wind speed; When the cross wind wind speed reaches a certain value, the wheel weight reducing load rate is greater than what is 0.6, should slow down or stop at this time to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle on the curve line. |
