With the accelerating urbanization process,traffic congestion has become a common problem in various cities,seriously affecting the quality of life of residents.Vigorously developing rail transit is one of the effective measures to solve traffic congestion.Suspended monorail transportation,as a new type of urban rail transit system,can effectively solve the shortcomings of metropolitan rail transit systems while effectively solving traffic congestion in small and medium-sized cities.At the same time,it can also undertake landscape services for tourist cities and become its main transportation line.At present,there is a problem that the suspended monorail bogie has a conflict between running speed,load and line cost.In order to solve the contradiction between the three,this paper studied the development of monorail bogies at home and abroad,combined with their respective advantages,designed a suspension monorail bogie with compact structure,high speed and high load and low line cost.Firstly,a detailed three-dimensional model of the bogie was built using 3D modeling software.Secondly,through the simplification of the suspended monorail vehicle,the dynamic topology model was established,and the dynamic simulation model was established by SIMPACK multi-body dynamics software.The dynamics evaluation criterion was established according to GB5599-1985,and the dynamic performance of the vehicle was judged.Next,the important structural parameters of the vehicle,namely the guide wheel rail clearance and the roll stop clearance,and the dynamic performance under the crosswind conditions were analyzed and calculated.Finally,the applicability of mechanical differentials on suspended monorail vehicles was studied.The following conclusions were obtained from vehicle dynamics simulation calculations:1.The designed suspended monorail vehicle has achieved good quality in straight running,meeting the safety indicators of various curves.2.The guide wheel rail clearance has a great influence on the lateral movement of the vehicle.When the pre-pressure and clearance are set to 1kN,0kN and 1mm respectively,the comprehensive performance of the vehicle is better.If considering the solid wheel wear condition,it is better to set it to 1 mm.3.The crosswind has little influence on the quality of the vehicle's linear operation,which mainly affects the performance of the curve passing.Under the effect of crosswind,the vehicle can operate safely at 8 levels of wind and below,and it needs to be stopped when the wind reaches level 9.4.The anti-rolling stop angle has a great influence on the maximum rolling angle of the vehicle,the maximum guiding force and the stabilizing force.The stop angle is recommended to be set between 5.5° and 7°,which is good for the overall performance of the vehicle.5.The differential can effectively reduce the wear of the solid wheel and increase the wear of the running wheel.The lateral span of the running wheel has a great influence on the differential action,and a differential can be arranged in the bogie structure with a large lateral span of the running wheel.
