Ergonomic Design Features And Selection Research Of Control Device

In order to promote the efficiency of our country control device design, satisfy people-oriented overall demand. This studies mainly aims at,the control device of ergonomic design and selection principle. The main research content is as follows:First of all, the classification method for the control device was studied.According to the collection of related resources, preliminary classification was established. By the method of expert consultation,classification method and usage of consultation, eventually we established the classification of human body control device.Secondly,the control device design parameters was studied. Under the premise of finishing aggregate content,we determined initial design parameters after reading a lot of related materials. Based on the design parameters by the method of expert consultation in depth consultation, eventually we established the control device design parameter list.Finally,the principles were determined and requirements of all kinds of control device was chosen. Concrete method is based on a person’s physical,psychological and physical characteristics,the comprehensive control device requirements and hard working conditions, on the basis of the existing domestic and foreign related standards,specifications,technical data,combining with the consulting experts and the result analysis.Research results of this paper can provide a reference basis for control device of the design of the ergonomics, can also be used for establishment of the relevant standards and norms.
