A Study Of The Entrance Space Of Urban Residential Area

Residential building is closely related to people’s life, it is the product of the times, as well as the important carrier of era development. With the increase of our national strength, economic boom, accelerating process of urbanization,social change in domestic urban residential building, transformation policy system,ups and downs in economic and adjustment in population structure, the residential building is developing rapidly gradually under the influence of those various factors. And it’s development has entered the golden age. Through continuous shift in housing reform and strategy, our national modern urban residential building has experienced a long time exploration process.It began to change from the increase of number to the improvement of the quality;from single architectural form to the diversified forms of construction;from stylized architectural plane to the transformation of humanized space structure and so on. This paper tries to study developmental stage and changing process of urban residential building in Henan area under influence of China’s national condition.The paper studies by urban residential building in Henan area and summarizes regularity through field research and literature reading.It has studied trains of development after the establishment of our nation and thought about the existing problems of urban residential building in Henan area.And on this basis it discusses the future trends to realize sustainable urban residential building.In this paper, on the basis of the further study of theory,using development transformation influential factors of urban residential building in Henan area as entry points to analysis the geographical environment,climate characteristics, social factors,population structure, and the effects of policies and regulations. Then dividing urban residential building in Henan area into five stages through the summary.Doing zoom analysis through development situation and layout characteristics in each stage.And each stage include social background situation,housing reform and development and development of urban residential building in Henan area.According to different layout characteristics by reform and development and institutional transition to further analysis layout characteristics in each stage.Stating development and transition in different stages by field research.And then combing the development and update to discuss diversified architectural forms by classified discussion.At last,the study has summarized problems of urban residential building in Henan area and summarized the future development trends.Hoping to provide some sustainable residential patterns that are more humanized and diversified.
