Research On The Factors Influencing The Development Of Green Buildings In County Areas Of Shandong Province And Research On The Driving Mechanism

Environmental issues have been the focus of national attention in recent years,and as an important part of energy conservation in the construction industry,reducing building energy consumption is a top priority for research in the construction sector.As the government continues to increase the promotion of green buildings in China,the level of development of green buildings is rapidly rising.However,at this stage,there is a problem of uneven distribution between urban and rural areas in the development of green buildings in China,and the development speed and level of green buildings at the county level in China lags behind that of cities.At the same time,counties are an important part of China’s urban system,with the population of counties and county-level urban areas accounting for nearly 30% of the country’s urban resident population at the end of 2021,and counties are an important carrier for promoting the green development of new urbanisation construction and a key node for accelerating the integrated development of urban and rural areas.To comprehensively improve the level of green development in cities and towns and to build a new urbanisation pattern,the synergy of green buildings at the county level is indispensable.Therefore,through the current situation of green building development in the county level,the study of its driving influence mechanism is an important prerequisite for the development of green urban-rural integration.This study analyses the current situation of green building development in Shandong and constructs a multiple regression model to analyse the influencing factors and driving mechanisms on green building development at the county level,and formulates a green building development plan based on the findings of the study,taking Pingyin County of Jinan City as an example,to provide reference for the development of green buildings in other counties.This study takes the counties in Shandong Province as the research carrier,and takes the annual growth of new green buildings as the entry point to analyse the differences between urban and rural areas based on the current development status.Firstly,the influence on the development of green buildings was analysed from four aspects: policy,economy,real estate market and technology through literature analysis;secondly,six influencing factors were selected and correlation analysis was conducted to determine that five influencing factors were positively correlated with the development of green buildings at the county level;then,a predictive regression model was made for the development of green buildings in the counties of Shandong Province using the data of various indicators up to 2019.Finally,the driving mechanism of green building development at the county level in Shandong was analysed based on the weights,and the following main conclusions were drawn:(1)the level of green building development in Shandong differs significantly between urban and rural areas,and the level of green building development in counties needs to be improved;(2)the regression prediction model of green building development in counties in Shandong shows that the level of green building development has a significant influence relationship with environment and policy environment on green building;(3)the relationship weights of green building development in counties with local policy factors and economic factors are derived according to the entropy value method(4)When formulating relevant policies,the local government should take the local green building development driving mechanism as the basis;(5)Take Pingyin County in Shandong Province as an example to verify and analyse this study,and formulate relevant indicators and implementation rules for green building development in Pingyin County.The findings of this thesis can complement the current research on green building development in China.Furthermore,this thesis develops a driving mechanism for green building development at the county level in Shandong based on the findings of the study,which can provide a theoretical basis for the county governments in Shandong when formulating policies,opinions and management methods related to green building development.It can provide a theoretical basis for the governments of Shandong counties to formulate policies,opinions and management methods related to green building development,and has important implications for promoting green building development at the county level in Shandong.
