Reinforced concrete shear wall with higher bearing capacity and earthquake resistance is widely used in tall and super-tall buildings. However, cast-in-place shear wall will cause environment and noise pollutions and other shortcomings, and its construction period is long. Therefore, prefabricated shear wall has become a hot research spot to scholars in recent years. While traditional prefabricated shear wall brings great inconvenience to the construction, hoisting and installation due to large weight, and increase the load-carried by structure. Therefore, this research puts forward a new type of lightweight supported shear wall. Specifically, the part of wall with smallest stress was replaced with brace of small section to reduce the weight of wall to a certain extent. In order to make the loading mode of joint more reasonable, safe, and to make operation more convenient during construction, the research on configuration, construction method and other working performance of a new joint connection mode was conducted, based on the prefabricated lightweight structural mode of supported shear wall proposed by our research group. The main contents were as follows.1) The current researches and their existing shortcomings about the joint connection configuration of prefabricated shear wall were analyzed at home and abroad. The wall design and the connection method of lightweight supported shear wall are put forward. The vertical connection use tongue-and-groove to joint. The horizontal connection use U steel anchor to joint. After pouring concrete in connection, it can be guaranteed the shear wall meet structural stiffness and bearing capacity requirements of cast-in-place shear wall.2) A new joint connection method of lightweight supported shear wall mentioned above was analyzed in detail. Choose the cup foundation first. Then the construction methods of the prefabricated wall body and foundation, prefabricated wall vertical connections, prefabricated wall horizontal connections and connection between the prefabricated wall and floor were studied.3) The heat preservation and insulation performance of the lightweight supported shear wall were research. The results showed that filler wall can choose aerated concrete block with good heat insulation property, high strength, lightweight and good environment-protection property. In addition, when obtaining the same heat insulating efficacy, the heat insulation board of lightweight supported shear wall is thinner than solid shear wall, and the heat insulation performance of lightweight supported shear wall is better than solid shear wall. Moreover, the energy-saving calculation about a residence with lightweight supported shear wall was study.4) The economic and overall performance about lightweight supported shear wall and solid shear wall were analyzed respectively. The results showed that the weight of lightweight support shear wall was reduced by 14.75% compared with the solid shear wall. The main indexes of wall materials cost about lightweight support shear wall were listed according to the sensitive degree of the order from big to small: dosage of concrete and the concrete price, the price of steel, steel consumption and heat preservation plate prices, aerated concrete block. Furthermore, the sensitive degree of steel prices of lightweight support shear wall is bigger than that of the solid shear wall, and the sensitive degree of concrete price and insulation board price of light support shear wall is smaller than that of the solid shear wall.
