With the promulgation of the "forbiding reality" series laws and the new wall material research work's unceasing advancement,the fly ash and coal gangue burned porous brick is obtained the widespread application in our province,it is new wall material which has broad application prospect .In order to protect the environment,hooverize land and resource,a team of "study on the performance of fly ash and coal gangue burned porous brick masonry" is founded by Shanxi Construction Science Academe and Taiyuan University of Technology,below various aspects research is conducted:(1).Carryed on the track examination to the nature of the fly ash and coal gangue porous brick. The basic mechanical behavior testing is done . Carryed on the contrast with the standard request,obtained its compressive strength, the shearing strength and carryed on the analysis contrast to its destruction process, its modulus of elasticity, the deformation curve, the Poisson's ratio .(2).The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to carry on the stress and the distortion analysis under the static load of the fly ash and coal gangue burned porous brick masonry structural testing building,and based on this, the structure earthquake resistance mechanical analysis on the experimental building is done .(3).Heat engineering performance test is done to burned porous brick masonry,and carryed on determine to the heat preservation capability of it. Unifyed the new thermal insulation material—thermal insulation glazed hollow bead mortar,burned porous brick masonry inner heat preservation system is promoted, the hot bridge spot method to the ring bear,constructional column and window is proposed.It is done the two-dimensional hot working heat transfer in steady state simulation with ansys.The analysis research indicated that, the fly ash and coal gangue burned porous brick itself nature is very good satisfied to country standard request; The basic mechanics performance from distortion to distort basically is consistent to the destruction with the loam brick, obtaining modulus of elasticity,the poisson' s ratio and so on; Through its static simulation, may know the fly ash and coal gangue burned porous brick masonry under the symmetrical load function, the structure distorts, the stress presents the symmetry, its distortion and the stress situation conform to the theoretical analysis result, in the wall whole is at the bearing condition, fully displayed the resistant to compression performance of the fly ash and coal gangue burned porous brick masonry; Through the modal analysis, obtains the reasonable natural vibration period, the frequency, in the body structural change scope; Through the spectrum analysis knew the structure shearing force, the distortion very is all small, the structure earthquake responds always by the low step inspiring response primarily, structure distortion mainly detrusion primarily; Through the heat engineering test ,obtaining the heat transfer coefficient of itselfe and adding heat insulating layer; Through heat engineering simulating, confirmed in the necessity of the window keeping warm, the inner heat preservation system which issuggested by this article can be possible remarkable to reduce the cold bridge effect, obtains good heat preservation.Through this experimental group's research analysis indicated that: the fly ash and coal gangue burned porous brick masonry not only has the good supporting capacity and the earthquake resistance performance also the inner heat preservation system has good heat preservation effect, may satisfy the construction energy conservation standard request.This topic is the provincial party committee demonstration project, obtains vigorously support by the coherent unit and the fly ash and coal gangue burned porous brick manufacturers in the province, laying the solid foundation to the experimental study.It has the broad project practical value, the market prospect is good,it can be widespread application in the cities and the general countrysides .
