PLM System Application Case Analysis In Special Motor Development Project Management

In recent years, with the advent of the era of big data and electronic commerce, cross enterprise cooperation has been a breakthrough in the rgion and other inherent factors, and the competition between enterprises is also growing. In this context, Chinese manufacturing will be more and more management concept of product lifecycle (PLM) is introduced into the new product development stage, the application of PLM system from product marketing stage moved to the stage of product development, the product life cycle throughout the whole process of R & D, design, manufacture, use meter and recycling, so that the new product R & D and production enterprises which can satisfy the requirements of the customer, lower cost, better quality, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises of new products. Therefore, this paper takes the application of PLM system in the development of P Company as a single small batch of special motor, and analyzes the practical application of PLM system.Firstly, this paper analyzes the application background of the PLM system in the development of P Company, and puts forward the existing problems of the P company. In addition, this paper also from the product design and process requirements, production and material management needs, risk control needs analysis of the PLM system from three perspectives, the PLM system in the development of the application of project management.Secondly, this paper explores the management practice of the PLM system in the P Company’s single piece and small batch of special motor development projects. Through the design of PLM system implementation plan, the development of PLM in the single small batch of special motor development projects in various stages of the application. Finally from the product data management, process management, project management, collaborative management and work dynamics and R & D personnel performance management of several aspects of the implementation of PLM system analysis.Finally, based on the above research, in order to make the PLM system in the project to play a better effect and the greatest value, from the on-line planning, organizational structure, spiritual support and material support in several ways to propose its specific safeguards.Through the case analysis and system research, the biggest practical value is to improve the PLM system in the P Company to design a small batch of small batch of special motor development project management optimization and upgrade, help to better play system function and role, improve the project management efficiency, reduce management costs and improve product quality. At the same time, it also has certain reference function for the application of PLM system in other enterprises.
