Today,with the rapid development of the economy,accompanied by the tide of the national policy reform,the domestic and international economic market environment is extremely complicated and dangerous.Based on today's market environment,most companies in the construction industry have also ushered in a large-scale general contracting wave.The project general contract management mode has become one of the main engineering models of construction projects in recent years,especially the exploration and trial of the EPC management model in the industry.The process of modern large-scale engineering projects tends to be complicated,and the difficulty of project implementation increases.In order to meet the economic requirements of project investment,the problems arising in the project construction process and project management are generally valued by enterprises.For the construction project general contracting project,the project management method has penetrated into all aspects of the project and the main enterprise is dealing with the cooperation relationship of stakeholders.In order to achieve market reform,enterprise reform,industry form reform adaptation and economic benefits,we need to strengthen the company's project management philosophy and improve its project management capabilities to respond to the dynamic industry environment.The main objective of this paper is to combine the actual situation of Y engineering general contracting company.and the characteristics of the project itself from the basic situation of bidding and construction stage,and deeply analyze the management mode during project implementation.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the topic,research content and methods,research ideas and technical routes,and secondly,summarizes and summarizes the multi-faceted conflicts faced by Y company in the bathroom engineering project;Based on opportunistic behavior theory,conflict management and risk management knowledge field in project management,analyzing the causes and effects of conflicts;finally,proposing the reasonable solutions to provide more project management experience and practical solutions for general contracting companies.
