Study On The Distribution Network Planning Of Lankao

Power industry, whose social responsibility is to provide cheap, plentiful,reliable and qualified electricity to the user, is a basic industry of the national economy. Providing the safe, reliable, high-quality and economic power is the basic requirements of modern society to the power system. As a vital component of power system, distribution network is also an important factor which affects the operation of the electricity market. To improve the reliability and quality of power supply in distribution network, is the most important guarantee of achieving the goal that economy develops and people live and work happily, having affluent life. Planning is a prerequisite for development. Having a good power network planning has the leading role in guiding the development of distribution network appropriately and meeting the social and economic development demand for electricity.With the distribution network of Lankao County as an engineering example, the basic method, the basic theory and the basic requirements of distribution network planning in engineering practice are researched in this paper. The current situation of research work in domestic and international distribution network planning is analyzed.Based on current situation of the power, combined with the local municipal construction and the overall planning, the large area power network construction is considered, and through the correctly forecasting of electricity demand, it is furtherly clear that power network planning needs to develop a comprehensive and reasonable solution, so as to guide the regional power network construction and satisfy the needs of economic growth and social development.Combined with the need of new urbanization construction plan of Lankao County and sorting of load basic data, this paper uses the comprehensive analysis of the electricity in different industry and electricity elasticity coefficient method to forecast the total power consumption and total load. The analysis and forecast of development of the power consumption in Lankao County in further years is developed.Combined with the application of theory of power network planning applicationin engineering practice and design guide of distribution network planning, through the analysis of current and historical operating data of distribution network in Lankao County, classification and arrangement of current problems of distribution network in Lankao County are done. And specific distribution network construction plan in Lankao County in further years is proposed. In the mean time, investment estimate and effectiveness analysis are done as well. It provides the technical support and reference for strong distribution network in the 13 th Five-year Plan area construction and has a strong practical value.The implement of achievements of distribution network planning can bring obvious improvement in various operation index of distribution network in planning area, including reliability index of power supply, voltage quality index, loss rate index,capacity load ratio and N-1. Scientific and reasonable distribution network planning is the basis for the long-term optimal development of the power network.
