| In order to meet the needs of the test of the large current,a special fund was applied for the project of HTS constant-current transformer system, the goal is to design a constant current DC-type HTS transformer system, and it can work well and also can provide a reference for the superconducting transformer system which can provide a high current.Constant-current superconducting transformer system mainly consists two parts, the first part is HTS transformer, whose role is to provide a test current. The second part is a superconducting transformer control circuit portion, and its role is to collect the transformer secondary current and through a feedback loop to achieve the secondary current to compensate the joint resistance loss, to achieve the constant secondary current.Based on the research and significance of the given topic, the first experimental study is the effects of bending strain on HTS transformer winding, mainly include the bending strain, radial strain bending and twisting strain,it provide a theoretical reference for the wound of the superconducting transformer winding.Then, according to the design requirements of the system,based on the functions of the system,we constructed the overall framework of the system and expounded the working principle of the system and the electromagnetic simulation and calculation was made of the system.Finally, this paper describes the methods and processes of the wound about the superconducting transformer winding, and successful wound three different parameters HTS double pancake coils, including test the inductive magnetic field critical current. Then on this basis, we study the partial magnetic disturbances on HTS critical current transformer windings, and the entire system for the overall superconducting transformer assembly and verification testing, the results of this system works stable, and lay the foundation for the high-current superconducting transformer system. |
