In recent decades, the domestic economy has been rapid development, while the construction of basic projects also increased significantly. Along with the rapid development of steel structure, it is widely used in all kinds of large or important infrastructure projects, such as the stadium, exhibition hall, aircraft maintenance and other steel structure roof engineering. At the same time, with the height of the space truss system is more and more high, span is more and more big, structure more and more complex, resulting in structural design and construction of the force and displacement have obvious difference in different construction stages of the stress. Therefore, it is important to study the new construction technology of steel structure and the simulation analysis of the whole process.On the basis of the existing construction technology at home and abroad, this paper takes the construction of Guangzhou metro line nine Qishan vehicle section of the construction of the composite roof as the engineering background to carry on the research of steel structure hoisting technology. According to the roof structure and the requirement of the field, the construction scheme of "partial block lifting and high altitude bulk combination method" was put forward. The main is to carry on the simulation calculation to the hoisting unit, the hanging and installing stage and the unit lifting stage, further research on the stress of structural members and the deformation of the space truss, Find the structure in the construction stage of the force and deformation of the larger components. And combined with the site, lifting equipment, schedule and other factors, to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the optimization of the construction program.
