Linear motor has the performance of the linear drive has been widely applied in high speed feed system, gradually by more and more attention from the industry. This paper studies the plate type ac permanent magnet synchronous linear motor, the internal structure, working principle and movement characteristics of in-depthanalysis,based on this, advances a set of effective control model, improve the stability of the control of the linear motor. Finally through the analysis to the model simulation.This paper for the ac permanent magnet synchronous linear motor in the armature winding, the stator magnetic steel, aluminum core structure design are illustrated, such as and introduces some improvement program, through the design of components, greatly improve the stability of thrust. According to the features of linear motor assembly process for the design, structure will influence the stability of the linear motor and motor itself influence factors to a minimum.Then this article adopts the theory of control method for the stability of the linear motor was analyzed, and the feeding system in the movement process of the motor is analyzed, and the motor mathematical analysis model is established, using the linear motor servo control strategy for analysis of the model, the final choice vector control method to control the linear motor, the form of vector control. In order to improve the stability of the magnetic field, pulse width modulation used SVPWM manner, the three-phase sine wave synthesis.Finally using the traditional PID control method to establish the motor servo system model, and through the simulation analysis on the stability of servo system.Then under the fuzzy PID control algorithm simulation analysis on the stability of servo system, and contrast analysis to the result,finally come to a decision.
