Risk management plays an important role in project management.With the large-scale rise of engineering construction industry,scholars at home and abroad have been studying the risk problems in the process of engineering construction more and more deeply.The research of project management and project risk has been paid more attention by engineering construction enterprises and the existence of target projects.Risk is closely related to the environment in which it is located,and it is also closely related to project organizers.Scientific analysis and control of various risk factors encountered in engineering construction has gradually become an indispensable part of the construction of project objectives for engineering enterprises.For the project management of the established objectives,project risk Management and control is not only related to the project construction objectives,but also related to the development and survival of enterprises according to the consequences of the risk.However,the risk control theory of traditional construction industry is far more than that of municipal construction industry.Therefore,for the risk control system of the construction industry,this paper analyzes the application of risk management from the perspective of the subway construction industry,and combines the present situation of risk management of the subway tunnel construction industry to study the subway tunnel.Risk management and control of road construction projects are getting studied.According to the particularity of Municipal Rail project,this paper discusses the risk management of municipal engineering project involved in project risk management in the field of project management,and identifies the risk of existing municipal engineering by establishing the index system of project risk identification.Constructionrisk management research,through the selection of comprehensive evaluation method to identify the initial risk,combined with R = L * S grading method to determine the construction risk of the target project grading,the comprehensive evaluation method on the subjective and empirical dependence of experts has been weakened,effective reduction due to the reference between the judgement and the experience.Combined with the comprehensive evaluation method and R=L*S grading method,the risk management in municipal track construction process is controlled more comprehensively.According to the result of risk grade judgment,the corresponding risk prevention and control measures are worked out,which effectively reduces the initial risk level.And combined with risk prevention and control measures put forward risk management opinions,from the company-level risk management and control opinions to project-level risk management and control measures,and then to the risk management and control consciousness of front-line managers,covering the whole project from top to bottom risk management and control pattern.Based on the basic theory of project management,this paper combines the improved R=L*S grading method with the comprehensive evaluation method to determine the specific risk level,which greatly reduces the empirical error.In practical application,it can also be based on specific items.The difference analysis of the characteristics of the target makes the effect of the method not too different.Therefore,the method has a strong practical operability in the promotion of practical engineering,It is of great significance to improve the risk management level of enterprises and similar projects.
