The Research Of Quality Management Influence Factors Of The Whole Process Of HY Business Center Real Estate Project

Absolute development resource space’s relatively limited and the social economy’s absolute development is the eternal contradiction. In the historical background of the country to vigorously promote, the real estate will play an important role in the national economic and social development. The real estate is a large project such as the longer implementation time, the more participants and the more quality accidents. How to raise the level of quality management is the problem which is urgent to solve.HY business center real estate project is the large real estate. The implementation of this project will provide the corresponding project management reference to the similar engineering, at the same time, it will provide assistance to the local economic and social development. In view of this condition, the quality management research in this thesis brings the theoretical significance and practical value. In this thesis, the systems engineering ideas, the quality management theory and the decision model have been used to research the quality management influence factor of life cycle of the real estate project. The main research works are as follows:(1) The thesis proposed the new quality management based on the quality management coordinate system. The thesis explored the quality coordinate statistical table and the quality identification list. Then the research proposed the new quality identification method about the real estate project based on the quality coordinate statistical table and the quality identification list.(2) The quality coordinate statistical table and the quality identification list have been used to identify the system quality about the HY business center real estate project. Then the comprehensive evaluation system of quality management has been build.(3) The thesis explored the comprehensive quality evaluation model based on the ordered weighted averaging operators and grey system theory. The ordered weighted averaging operators to determine the weight of the quality index and grey system theory is used to define the measure of the quality. Combined with the two methods, the thesis builds the grey cluster quality evaluation model.(4) The comprehensive quality management evaluation model has been used to analysis the specific engineering practice of HY business center estate project. At last, the thesis proposed the control measures of the key quality management problem.
