The construction project has the characteristics of polytrope,gray,risk and uncertainty.The interface risk runs throughout the whole process and the full range of project management,this makes interface risk management become an important part of project management.It is an important way to coordinate the relevant stakeholders and a powerful guarantee for the smooth realization of project goals.However,the research on this aspect starts late in our country,and at this stage,it has not yet formed an universal interface risk management theory.Based on target management system to study project risk,the risk management theory is applied to the project interface risk research,which is of great significance to the comprehensive realization of the project objectives.This paper identifies the interface risk,and the evaluation index system of interface risk is constructed from the view of project objectives.The evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the interface risk in order to determine the main interface risk.This paper puts forward various measures to deal with the key interface risk,and they provide a useful reference for the engineering project interface risk management.Choosing scientific and reasonable evaluation method is very important to the evaluation of engineering project interface risk,which is related to the value embodiment of the interface risk management.Based on this,this paper uses the G-COWA method to carry on the comprehensive appraisal to the engineering project interface risk,the main research work is as follows:(1)Guided by the thought of system engineering,the theory basis of project interface risk management is discussed,the paper introduces the basic content of engineering project management and project interface risk management,and basic methods of risk assessment.(2)Based on objective management theory and A.D.Hall system theory,the three-dimensional integrated structure system of phase dimension-participate dimension-interface risk dimension is established.Analyzing the connotation and working mode of the system,theory and practice is combined,the identification on the interface risk factors of engineering project was carried out,and a comprehensive evaluation index system of interface risk assessment was constructed.(3)Design project interface risk evaluation model,the paper establishes the interface risk assessment model based on G-COWA by using the combination COWA operator to integrate the weight of each index for non-additive measure and using gray system theory to make the comprehensive evaluation of each evaluation index.(4)In the light of specific projects of Han-Yu financial business center building A5-3#project,analyzed its characteristics and interface risk,the three-dimensional integrated model,interface risk index system and evaluation model of G-COWA are applied to the practice of engineering interface risk management.The interface risk factors in the project implementation process are analysed and evaluated to get the key interface risk.(5)Nowadays,the complexity existence of the interface risk make it difficult to coordinate interface risk.We need to break the traditional mode creatively and select interface risk management model targetedly.Combined with the traditional method,through correspondence analysis between interface and BIM technology,the paper tries to put forward interface risk management measures based on BIM and BIM Cloud network.
