Taking into account the high-rise steel structure stereo garage in the design of the main use of steel structures, steel demand is large in traditional design, resulting in a high cost of garage construction. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the design under the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the garage. In this paper, the high-rise steel structure stereo garage as the research object, based on the condition of material stiffness safety assessment and strength safety assessment, and optimization design of high rise frame steel structure stereo garage is carried out considering the safety factors that influence its design. The main contents are as follows:First, the structure and working principle of high-rise steel structure were analyzed. Three kinds of loads which affect the mechanical properties of the stereo garage, such as working load, wind load and seismic load, are analyzed. The influence of the parameters on the internal force of the system is considered, such as the impact load, the wind load, the damping coefficient of the automobile, and the distribution of the earthquake load, and the mechanical analysis model is established in this paper. It lays the foundation of stiffness safety assessment and strength safety assessment for high rise frame steel structure stereo garage.Second, based on the mechanical analysis model of high rise frame steel structure stereo garage, the safety evaluation method is discussed. The internal force of stereo garage under combined action of three kinds of loads considering the influence of factors on the internal force, such as Additional bending moment caused by gravity in the horizontal deviation of the stereo garage. Through the analysis of the stiffness of the stereo garage, the horizontal displacement curve of the object is obtained, and the limit state equation of the dangerous point is determined; Considering the influence of the residual stress on the welded joint, the strength of the stereo garage is analyzed and calculated, and the stress condition of the multiple danger points in the object of this study is obtained, the strength limit state equation of dangerous point is determined. It provides the theoretical basis of optimization design for high rise frame steel structure stereo garage.After that, the mathematical model of the optimum design of high rise steel structure is established with the dimension parameters of column, beam and side beam of high rise steel structure stereo garage as design variables, the minimum steel dosage of unit parking space as objective function, and the limit state equation of stiffness safety assessment and strength safety assessment as the constraint condition, then the optimum design method of high rise steel structure is determined.At last, an example is presented and the above mentioned optimization design method is simulated to verify the feasibility of the theoretical research in this paper. |
