As the quantity of automobile has increased continuously in nowadays, causing severe Problems of hard-to-Park and traffic jams. The space use efficiency was optimizedan and Accessing cars conveniently,which make The application and technical level of stereo garage to develop rapidly. people always need stereo garage to have the functions of smooth operation,high efficiency and safety when they access car.Deceleration system and brake system is the core part of the stereo garage.The main contents of the thesis as follows:(1) To research on brake system of stereo garage. In order to revealing the brake disc temperature stress distribution rule,we build a brake finite element model according to its size.After confirming its heat flow input boundary condition and convective heat transfer boundary condition,we did heat-structure coupled finite element simulation during emergency brake process by ANSYS and make its cloud temperature and stress field,studied electromagnetic excitated and spring-weighted brake’s heat stress coupled features,Come coupling brake instantaneous temperature distribution and stress fields by cloud picture,though the temperature and stress curves of different points to analyzed temperature and stress trends during brake.It has provide the theoreticad basis for analyzing brake disc’s abrasion and it also lays the foundation for brake disc’s optimization design.(2) This paper focuses on the deceleration systems of stereo garage,the new type of a small modules planetary reduction gear with small tooth deference is designed,and the the strength is checked.Based on the basic theory of optimization design of fuzzy algorithm, this thesis mainly researches on the running state of fewer teeth difference planetary gears reducer and its relevant working conditions. Taking advantage of the transmission characteristic of gear pair with small teeth difference, the author builds a mathematical model of planetary gear reducer and optimizes the geometric parameters of less tooth differenced planetary wheel by establishing the objective function of gear size and contact ratio. In order to reveal its working principle and movement,the three-dimensional model of gear reducer was established by solidworks software,then the 3D Model is imported into ADAMS to achiveve the virtual prototype model.Take ADAMS software as a platform to complete kinematics and dynamics simulation. The dynamic change rule of the gear mesh force in time-domain and frequency-domain in the process of inside gearing is simulated.The simulation result is roughly in accordance with the value of theoretical calculation which proves the correctness of virtual prototype model.
