With the popularization of electric energy,power industry plays an increasingly important role in the national construction and people’s daily life. This also makes the social requirements of the reliability of electric power supply standard reaches an unprecedented height. In this context,traditional planned maintenance mode has been unable to meet the requirements,how to push forward the management of substation equipment condition-based maintenance as soon as possible becomes an important issue.Based on the summary of many domestic and abroad theoretical researches that related to the condition-based maintenance management,this paper first conducts a comprehensive analysis of the condition of substation equipment management of Lian Yungang Power Company,and identifies the current main problems in management mode. Secondly,the framework of Intelligent Substation on-line monitoring system, especially the function, structure and working principle were researched, with the certain 220kV Intelligent substation project. A typical applications programmer of Intelligent Substation on-line monitoring system to reconcile both technological developments and actual needs was offered.Finally,this paper makes the research of the actual situation of how the company carry out the substation equipment maintenance management,and analyses the overall goal,the organization structure of management,the production process,the training of the staff and the performance assessment system and some other aspects one by one. Then it sums up a program of condition-based maintenance management for Lian Yungang Power Company,and makes an outlook of the developing prospect of substation equipment condition-based maintenance management of Lian Yungang Power Company.
