Adaptable Construction System In Accordance With Rural Farmer-built House Contemporary Situation In Yuan Yang

In the process of Chinese agricultural civilization for thousands of years, the residence to meet the living needs in different parts has become the local residential----The traditional "mushroom room" in Yuan yang is a good example. However, with the overall improvement of living standards and substantial increase of the economic level, with the overall construction of new rural areas and the rapid expansion of the tourism industry, traditional houses cannot meet the basic demands of people’s modern life. Therefore, while gradually adapting to the production and life forms, the villagers are spontaneously building new housing to fit the times.But there is no denying that due to the urgent needs of vigorous development of the tourism and rural housing, housing boom is radiating more and more widely, losing the local culture of Hani nationality at the same time.Therefore, through comparison of pros and cons of the self-building construction system in two periods, this paper tries to discuss the appropriate improvement of traditional construction using the modern scientific and technological methods, explores mature construction techniques and forms while maintaining local traditional residences, next makes local and adaptable improvement and demonstration model for self-building housing and new housing, then creates benign guidance mode for construction form with local culture, in order to finally create sustainable and adaptable construction system in accordance with contemporary situation in Yuan yang.
