Epoxy resin has excellent physical and chemical properties. It is used in civil engineering reinforcement engineering.However, based on current research shows that the structure on the surface of large area thin layer using epoxy resin mortar, is prone to cracking and voids. In the hot and humid cycle is frequent, region using the strong ultraviolet radiation, the cracking and void is particularly evident. A lot of influence factors(water, air, sunlight, temperature, etc.), adding different curing agent can play a role in modifying the properties of epoxy mortar, improve the performance of epoxy mortar and reduce its aging. The Bangabandhu bridge is the background, in the bridge of the bridge structure layer applied epox y mortar and technological innovations are:(1) analysis of epoxy mortar is applied to the fundamental mechanism Decks layer;(2) developed a high toughness, high temperature and humidity, good wet and dry cycle performance for special self-leveling epoxy mortar material formulation Decks layer;(3) research and epoxy mortar on the bridge deck structure, good adhesion between the underlying performance;(4) By studying the physical properties of the epoxy mortar under high temperature influence in the SMA process, we developed a special high temperature epoxy mortar suitable for SMA under the influence;(5) epoxy mortar designed large paving equipment; to develop the appropriate quality control indicators, requirements and construction technology.Research guide the completion of 65000 ㎡ of epoxy mortar paving construction, achieved good technical and economic benefits, to ensure the construction quality of the new bridge structure layer, shorten the construction period, at home and abroad to provide bridge repair work new ideas and tech nical reference.
