Research On The State Model Of Emergency Response Under The Condition Of Road Network

Highway network is a complex network structure infrastructure. With the accelerating process of urbanization, the rapid increase in new road and traffic infrastructure leads to the further complexity of road network.At the same time, with the increasing number of road vehicles on the road, all kinds of emergency emergencies occur frequently, and emergency events will lead to traffic disruption whose essential characteristics are the follows: first, the destruction of traffic, will lead to the decline of road capacity and traffic demand increases, resulting in congestion, congestion and accidents, traffic flow to bring a lot of damage; second is the occurrence of randomness, the occurrence of the event is no sign, both the driver itself or traffic management can not be the event of the time, location and other accurate prediction.When an emergency event occurs, we need to start the existing contingency plans and joint highways, fire, medical, law enforcement power to transfer a large number of personnel to a safe area and do a good job in emergency response. And in this process, the qualitative analysis of the emergency is very important, for it is directly related to the level of contingency plans to start. If the level is low, the emergency handling will not be in place, and otherwise the waste of resources. Therefore, it is necessary to study the qualitative analysis of the emergency.The paper focuses on the classification of emergency events. Firstly the article analyze the types of common emergencies road happens online and through the study of these events for traffic impact, put forward three aspects to study the method of reducing emergency through the timely detection, timely classification and timely rescue. And the above three aspects are discussed in this paper, based on the traditional event classification, the paper also carries out the complement and perfect the emergency response classification system. The corresponding evaluation elements are extracted by the time sequence of events, and the event emergency response state model is formed, and the feasibility of the model is verified by the example of Shen Hai and Bao Mao expressway.
