The Layout Study Of Administrative Center Buildings In JiangPing Under The Concept Of Low Damage Development

With the reform and opening up the process, urban land has been a lot of development, still can’t meet the growing needs of people into the city, then developed into a new town becomes a new form of development. At present, most of the Metro due to lack of planning theory to support, still "functionalism" concept, leading to a series of problems, plus do not pay attention to protect the ecological environment, natural resources in Metro began to severely consumption. So, how to make the new town development in the low-damage functions to ensure a reasonable premise, is a problem worthy to study.This paper describes the basic theory of the development of low damage, low damage developed specifically scheduled and basic connotation, analyzes the implementation of some domestic and foreign cases, to further clarify Metro cognitive development philosophy on the low damage. Proposed new town planning policy, described separately from sustainable land use policy, comply with the terrain of the public transport system and build landscape ecological priority environmental. Then take administrative center of Jiangping Town in Dongxing as an example to study the overall layout, respectively for the three programs of the administrative center of the Characteristics of function, traffic, landscape and architectural layout, obtained under low damage developed rational distribution of conclusions.In the last chapter summarizes the results of the work conclusion of this paper, the inadequacies of the article and the future for further study content.
