Study On Sustainable Development And Its Evaluation Of The Layout Structure Of The Highway Network

Highway network with its flexible such as fast, convenient, wide coverage, and wideaccessibility depth features become the main part of a modern transportation system.It hasplayed an important role in the level of social and economic development in China and willaffect the quality of the quality of transport services.China is using the "scientific concept ofdevelopment" to guide the construction of socio-economic development at this stage. The"people-oriented" were put forward and a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainabledevelopment concept has been established. Therefore, building an equitable, sustainabledevelopment of the road network system is inevitable line.Departure from the concept of sustainable development, the article analyzed anddiscussed the concept of sustainable development of the layout structure of the highwaynetwork. The basic principles and content of sustainable development of the layout structureof the highway network was Proposed. Considering the related research between thesustainable development of the layout structure of the road network and socio-economicdevelopment, combined with the road network layout evaluation of existing research results,the evaluation index system of the layout structure of highway network sustainabledevelopment was set up. The paper Discussed the sustainable development basic problemsincluded Equilibrium, stability, coordination and applying Theil index, standard deviation ofthe triangular system, coordination degree to evaluate them, which provides the basis for thehighway network layout system for further study sustainable development. Applying withFuzzy Principle and adopting AHP (the method of defining weight), the paper has put forwarda multi-level comprehensive evaluation model according to the realization degree ofsustainable development. Finally, taking the highway network development of16areas inYunnan Province as example, the layout structure of the highway network sustainabledevelopment was evaluated. The results indicate that the theory and method is systemic,scientific and practical.
