This paper discusses the satellite synchronized clock system service system research background and significance, and Research in the field, and then GPS and compass satellite synchronized clock working principle and characteristics are described in detail and analysis, and then the satellite clock error estimation and correction method of analysis, and finally the use of satellite clock and crystal oscillator clock signal accuracy complementary, designs high-precision satellite synchronized clock, and its application is described in detail.Finally, Shanxi Power Grid existing GPS satellite synchronized clock system to do the analysis presented inadequacies of the existing system, and for the lack of proposed improvements.
