Research On The Perfect Reconstruction Project Of Yichun Power Grid Dispatching And Controlling Integration Support System

As an important part of Heilongjiang region, the electric power dispatching automation system of Yichun power grid plays an important role in Heilongjiang power grid of safe and stable operation, accident treatment, and has become an indispensable method to implement comprehensive management and effective conducting safe, stable, economic operation of Heilongjiang power grid. But with the increase of Yichun power grid investment, the rapid development of Yichun power grid, the gradual improvement of intelligent level of Yichun power grid, and the increasing requirment for electric power dispatching automation system, the existing system in Yichun power grid has failed to meet the requirment. Therefore, it is of important significance to perfectly reconstruct power grid dispatching and controlling integration support system. It will comprehensively raise the comprehensive management ability of power grid and ensure the safe, stable, economic operation of Heilongjiang power grid.This paper first researches the current status of the electric power dispatching automation system of Yichun power grid, and summarizes its main problems, and then analyzes the necessity and feasibility of system perfect reconstruction. Secondly, analysis of building principles and the necessary function of the system, one perfect reconstruction project of Yichun Power Grid dispatching and controlling integration support system is established. Thirdly, according to the project, list the hardware and software configuration list for system perfect reconstruction. In the end, study the construction scheme of dispatching data network and safety protection.The completion and operation of Yichun power grid dispatching and controlling integration support system will let dispatchers in real time to monitor the power grid operation status; quickly and effectively analyze safety and economic level of grid running, and quickly complete the judgment and decision in the case of accident.The work in this paper has important reference value and good popularization significance.
