Assessment Of The Operation Level And Supply Capacity Of The Taizhou Distribution Network

As an efficient and clean energy, Electric power plays an important role in the development of social and economic. And with the development of national conditions, such as the new policy proposed by state on energy reform, the environment governance and the rapid development of all kinds of new energy, the important status of electric power becomes to be more self-evident. With decades of continuous effort, State Grid Corporation of China has completely mastered Ultra High Voltage alternating current (UHVAC) transmission technology, Ultra high voltage distribution network construction has begun to take shape. But the distribution network, which is the terminal of the power supply network and directly facing the users, is relatively weak, and becoming the bottleneck which restricts the development of regional power supply capability.Therefore the state continuously launches the upgrading project of distribution network which covers both urban and rural areas twice in a year. So, to accurately assess the regional distribution network operating level and power supply capacity, and to find the weak links in distribution network, on the one hand, can optimize distribution network operating method. On the other hand, it also can guide to make ’The 13th Five Year " development plan of distribution network more scientifically, improve investment’s accuracy and maximize the benefit. Besides that, it also can lay a good foundation of electric energy for the healthy and green development of economy and society.This Thesis builds a data assessment model, which bases on the requirement of technology specification or management in relevant distribution networks, the operating level of distribution network, the regular methods of power supply capacity assessment, the current status of distribution network, and the actual operating status of regional distribution network, to quantitatively analyze and comprehensive assess the operation level and supply capacity of the distribution network.This Thesis takes Taizhou urban distribution network as an sample to build an assessment model, and uses the latest statistics data to assess the operating level and the power supply capacity, in order to get all kinds of quantitative evaluation indicators, which is used to find the weakness of regional distribution network net rack, give suggestion to construction or reform plan of distribution network, and propose the direction to further optimize the distribution network operation and the power supply capacity assessment.
