| With the rapid development of local economy and the people's living standards,requirements of power supply quality and distribution network reliability are becoming higher and higher.Fine management of distribution network has become a development trend.Fine management of distribution network puts forward higher requirements for distribution network planning,construction,operation and maintenance.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct a scientific,reasonable and effective distribution network evaluation system to guide the planning,construction,operation and maintenance of distribution network.In recent years,research of distribution network evaluation has carried out extensive,and get some important theoretical results;at the same time after the construction of distribution network information system for m ore than and 20 years,the Power Grid Corp has formed a large number of information systems and are widely applied in power grid enterprises.This provides a solid foundation for the development of comprehensive evaluation and management system of distribu tion network.In this paper,the design and implementation of the comprehensive evaluation management system of distribution network is studied.First design ideas of the system is determined,and the basic evaluation of distribution network model isgiven,the model is composed of three systems: safety evaluation ability of city power grid model system,distribution network evaluation model system and evaluation model of cable channel system.Then the main technical specifications,hardware and software requirements,technical route and technical support of the system are determined.Finally,the functional framework is designed,also the functional framework and the list of function modules are given.The operation level and power supply capability of distribution network in a certain area of Hebei are analyzed. |
