Research On The Risk Management For The Whole Process Cost Of Power Substation

With the power infrastructure construction, especially the rapid development of substation, substation project cost risk control in the new situation puts forward higher requirements. Realize scientific and reasonable substation project cost risk control, reduce the construction cost risk influence on engineering benefit, for obtaining the expected economic benefits and social benefits have very important practical significance. Therefore, need for substation project the whole process of cost risk control to provide standardized, scientific and standardized work basis.This paper summarized the substation project management basic theory and implementation of the status quo, focuses on the substation project feasibility study report and materials, the material bidding situation, closely related to the design of transformer substation project, bidding, material distribution and construction organization plan and so on key link, the whole process for proposed substation project cost risk control to provide the foundation work. Secondly, using the method of fish bone spurs and 5 mle method to study the critical link in the whole process of transformer substation construction cost, determine the evaluation index system of the whole process of cost risk control substation. Again, based on TOPSIS method to establish the evaluation model of the whole process of project cost risk control of transformer substation, the evaluation results as set the basis of a transformer substation project the whole process of cost risk control measures.
