Heat meter is the facility used for calculating and in a real-time way showing the variation of heat energy produced by the dielectric in passing the heat exchange circuit.The Heat meter not only aims at calculating and showing the heat variation in the heat exchange course, but also works to make it convenient for people to supervise and save the data.The heat metering system adopts the MSP430 single chip machine whose power consumption is very low, and realizes the design of the supervision software on the basis of the LabVIEW platform.In the paper to chose a proper algorithm after research on the methods of calculating the heat and the principles.The work to research the principles and methods of temperature measuring, flow measuring and heat calculating should be done. Meanwhile, proper temperature sensor and relevant meters should be chosen. What’s more, the circuit hardware design and its software programming of the temperature measuring, flow measuring and heat calculating need to be completed.A platform of heat metering laboratory should be established on the basis of theoretical research to work for the checking and analyzing of the heat metering system.The WLK01L39 wireless transceiver module is used to send the data to the host computer that can realizes the real-time monitoring of system data and the preservation of historical data by LABVIEW.Throughthe experiment,the lever of heat meter reaches national second standards and the date center software has a good response characteristics and can be achieved easily.
