Research Of Intelligent Heat Meter Base On MSP430 MCU

As the development of the need of heat measuring, the measuring and charging method of the west beacames more and more popular in our country. But, the imported heat meter is too expensive to be popularized. So new heat meter must be designed according to the situation of our country. Because it is a new industry to us, there is a great gap between our products and the ones imported. This project researched intelligent Heat Meter base on MSP430 MCU. The intelligent Heat Meter is a late-model heat meter with Low-power embedded single chip, the technicology of numeric temperature measurement, and the technicology of nonmagnetic sensor. This heat meter provides exact charge gist between the heating company and the consumers.The thesis expatiates the research on intelligent Heat Meter base on MSP430, it include the heat meter design of holistic structure, the hardware and circuit design of heat meter and M-Bus AMRS, the software design of heat meter control system and communication subsystems, the low-power and anti-jamming design. Finally, the intelligent Heat Meter base on MSP430 MCU was tested primarily by experiment according to , The Intelligent Heat Meter is up to the mustard. The power supply is lithium battery with 3.6V, it will work incessancy exceed 8 years. And the error limit of flux sensor under 5%, the error limit of intelligent Heat Meter up to grade 2 according to the precision criterion of heat meters.
