| To meet the requirements of advanced metering infrastructure of smart-grid,and inview of the existing time of peak and valley electricity meterã€prepaid energy meter andremote meter which have reading function of electric energy can’t meet the currentrequirements, such as communication rate, security, a communication net work accesssolution of low-voltage intelligent distribution terminalwhich is based on3G technologic isproposed.It provides network support for the power users interact with the electric powerdepartment to realize bidirectional data,and has high communication rate, good real-timeperformance and security advantages.First of all, the present development of smart meter communication technology athome and abroad is studied,then the main work and research significance is put forward.And brief background knowledge of intelligent low-voltage distribution terminal is given.On the basis a communica tion network access solution of smart grid which is based on3G technologic is proposed.The design of the software is based on C/S architecture.Thearticle follows TCP/IP protocol.In the underlying protocol stack, how to use AT instructionsto control the module access3G network is elaborated.The transport layer is based on theAndroid operation system and the socket technology is used to realize the connection ofintelligent distribution terminal and remote data monitoring center computer.In the application layer, the design of communication protocol of international communication protocolwhich is based on IEC62056is completed.The data frames were designed which is compatibled with IEC62056refering to the OBIS coding method and the object model was established by using the class ethod of C++.Finally, The drawing part provides the implementati oneffect and the improvement ideas are pointed out. |
