In recent years, with the development of society, the power project site for construction management of a higher demand. Construction site to build a diversified transport system can enhance the standardized management of the construction site at the same time, through centralized management, improve management efficiency and effective construction management units.Currently, power engineering construction site management prevalence of three problems. First, gather real-time transmission of management information poor; the second is used for small construction site management information coverage of remote management; Third, management information transmission security is poor, unable to meet the confidentiality requirements. Through the system requirements analysis, key technology research and system implementation and testing in three stages, to achieve and improve the stability of power transmission project site construction information, expanding the coverage of the construction management information can be used for remote management, strengthen the confidentiality of information management.With the operators continue to improve communications network,3G network now covers the most area of our country, make the construction unit using communication network operators to achieve real-time information transmission project become a reality, each system integrated manufacturers of hardware and software systems continue to improve, for electric power construction site information transmission project laid the solid foundation for hardware and software.Therefore, in view of the above question and the technical development tendency, this article uses the fixed network primarily, the 3G, the 4G net is supplemented the networking way, put forward different transmission design method according to different application environments, data flow level data acquisition, the physical link, application layer, access layer four level hierarchical system design; function module is divided into three modules:data acquisition, platform support, customer service perfect system function; according to the different types of business business components division, optimize structure of the database of the system. Using a variety of communication systems to coordinate the way to solve the wide range of power engineering site, the environment is changeable, the problem of information transmission difficult. The opening mode of different communication systems is summarized, the specific details of each system service are described in detail, and the implementation and testing of the transmission method are completed.
