| The construction site is the gathering place of building realization activities,which has the characteristics of numerous project participants,long construction period,unstable management and so on.The comprehensive management and application of site engineering information is the key to the project management activities in the construction site.Due to the large quantity,multiple format,wide source of engineering information and the backward of information integration and processing technology,the overall information management of construction industry becomes very inefficient.It is urgent to improve the information management level of construction site in the process that actively changing the mode of economic development and promoting the construction of a conservation-minded society.The appearance of Building Information Modeling brings a new management concept and advanced information processing platform for construction site information management,which makes efficient information management in construction site becomes possible.However,due to the lack of a sound BIM-based information management system and mature BIM technical support,BIM is not widely used in the information management of construction site.Based on the construction perspective,this paper makes a study on the specific application of BIM technology in information management of construction site.Firstly,this paper analyzes the domestic and overseas development status of information management in construction site,discusses the implementation basis of BIM technology and the application advantages of BIM technology in information management.Then identify five types of key information in site management by analyzing the contents of construction site management,they are worker management information,material and equipment management information,safety construction management information,site environmental management information,quality acceptance and contract management information.Then,this paper built a framework of the BIM-based information management system in construction site from three dimensions of logic,function,physics.In order to ensure the realization and operability of the system,this paper discusses the operation mechanism of BIM-based information management system in construction site,studies the key technology of system operation,designs the basic operation of each application system,and expounds the organization structure of construction site and divides the responsibilities and functions of relevant personnel in detail.Finally,this paper expounds the important value of this system in improving the efficiency of construction site project management and the significant impact of project management development by combining with practical engineering cases from the five aspects of worker information management,material and equipment information management,safety construction information supervision,site environmental information management,quality acceptance and contract management.The research shows that the construction of BIM-based information management system in construction site provides a practical solution for applying BIM technology to the whole building construction site,which accelerates the speed of using engineering information to solve problems in the construction site,fully realizes the information management of building construction site,and has practical significance for promoting the information development of building industry. |
