Smart grid technologies are throughout all aspects of the grid, including power generation, transmission, distribution, electricity and other sectors, it is also including new energy development and utilization, high voltage transmission and distribution technology, dispatching and communication technology, distribution generation access and interaction with experience of customers professional level, the smart grid is still in the initial stage, the intelligent transformation of grid has a long way to go.On account of the existing problems in Taizhou power grid, this paper focuses on the next 5 years and even the 2020 Taizhou economic and social development, especially in the coastal development planning, from a strategic point of the scientific planning of power grid development layout, promote the coordinated development of power at all levels, the development route of power generation, transition, substation, distribution, users,scheduling and communication platform, the overall development goals construction and key projects are phased respectively. Wind power, solar energy, tidal energy and other new energy are vigorously developed and utilized. Actively preparing for the construction of intelligent digital substation, construction condition monitoring system of transmission equipment, pay close attention to the implementation of power distribution system and control integration system construction, improve the overall power consumption information collection system and intelligent interactive service platform, thus promotes the development of Taizhou smart grid.The investment estimation of smart grid is analyed, mainly from the generation, transmission, substation, distribution dispatching and the platform of communication. Based on this, the benefits are studied and evaluated after the reconstruction of smart grid, from energy security, energy-saving emission reduction and economic benefit three parts. Taizhou power grid is promoted towards the smart direction after the step by step construction of smart grid.
