According to the strategic plan of revitalizing and developing the former Central Soviet Area and accelerating the development of the eastern,western and northern parts of Guangdong Province,Meizhou City has made every effort to build Meixing Huafeng Industrial Agglomeration Zone,to speed up the construction of industrial parks in each area of the production agglomeration zone,to promote the formation of industrial agglomeration in Meizhou region,to realize the green development of modern industrial system,to realize the overall planning of urban and rural development,and to explore a new path for accelerating the development Gradually,the construction of Huafeng Industrial Agglomeration Zone in Meixing,Guangdong Province has become a model of efficient industrial agglomeration,urban-rural co-construction and green civilizationRegional socio-economic development and power grid construction are inseparable,and power grid planning plays a leading role in power grid construction and operation.In this paper,the power grid planning in Meixing Huafeng industrial agglomeration zone is studied.Firstly,the main problems existing in the grid structure,convertible power supply rate and power quality of each area in the planning area are analyzed.Secondly,according to the overall planning of Meixing Huafeng industrialagglomeration zone,combined with the current situation of power grid in the planning area,the recent load report and the prospective land development,the load forecasting is carried out by various methods,and the forecasting results are verified by the average load density method and the per capita dectricity index method.Then,after drawing up the planning principles of grid structure and equipment selection of high and medium power grids,according to the calculation results of power balance,combined with the municipal land use planning,the substation layout planning and the division of power supply scope are carried out.Then,according to the distribution of substations and the target grid structure,a detailed high and medium voltage network planning and construction plan is formulated.Finally,according to the actual equipment and labor price,the investment of power transmission and transformation projects in the planning period is estimated and the planning effectiveness is analyzed.This planning study will make the construction and transformation of power grid in Meixing Huafeng industrial agglomeration zone more scientific,rational and standardized,and strongly support the sustainable development of agglomeration zone in the future.It also has reference value for similar power grid planning work.
