Nowadays, most of the elevators adopted wooden packaging, but due to the lack of forest resources in recent years, and the barriers in export of wooden packaging products, so develop heavy corrugated cartons to replace wooden cases has great significance. This paper chose elevator shaft parts, electrical parts, motor as project to be packed, combined the logistics environment and the characteristic of the elevator components with the packaging requirement, and designed a whole packaging solution.(1) Studied the elevator shaft parts, electrical parts, motor these three product’s characteristics, and study the enterprise wooden packaging’s defect and the problems encountered during logistics. On the basis of this study, analyze heavy corrugated carton packaging requirements. Came up with that we should design heavy corrugated carton packaging based on the size of container and the elevator parts installation order. Design the inner packing and partition to fix and limit of parts. Then according to the bearing of the bottom carton does compressive strength check of the cartons. Finally, do an overall scheme of shaft parts, electrical parts, and motor respectively. And do cost analysis on transport packaging, packaging materials, cubed out, artificial man-hours, etc.(2) Do ANSYS simulation analysis on preliminary complete elevator parts heavy corrugated carton packaging, to verify the performance of protection of the packaging solution, use ANSYS Workbench simulating the static stacking, random vibration, braking, turning, falling and other logistics conditions respectively, to study the response of elevator parts heavy corrugated packaging, analyze the deformation, stress, strain and damage of the package, draw a conclusion that elevator shaft parts, electrical parts, motor heavy corrugated carton packaging’s compressive strength and shock resistance conforms to the requirements.(3) Evaluate the complete packaging solution based on the concept of the CPS, evaluate the package from protection performance, package cost, operation convenience, environmental protection, appearance, etc. Set up packaging solution comprehensive evaluation model according to the above five aspects. Determine each index’s membership degree matrix and fuzzy weight vector through data collection, calculate the comprehensive results vector, evaluate this package solution as "optimal".
