Pipeline moving and traffic organization are the important content of the antecedent work in urban rail transit construction. The construction period of urban rail transit is long, which occupies plenty of urban road resources, at the same time, influences the municipal pipelines inevitably. How to handle the contradiction of rail transit construction and urban road traffic correctly, the protection of dense underground pipelines, as well as the pipeline moving which influences the main and accessory parts of the structural construction, ensuring the rail transit construction smooth and safe, which are the important issues in the early stage of the rail transit construction.This thesis mainly discussed the relationship between current rail transit station construction and underground pipeline protection, station construction and pavement construction, and the regional traffic organization. The traffic organization and the pipeline moving in the early stage of rail transit construction are very complex, how to grasp the key and core parts in the project organization, tightly close around the two key elements of the foundation pit sealing and excavation, considering the relationship between the exterior protected construction and traffic organization, and the pipeline moving, ideas, clarifying the logical relationship between each others, supplementing some protection measures when necessarily, formulating reasonable solutions and pipeline moving projects, to create conditions for the station main body construction as soon as possible.According to the typical sites of Suzhou rail transit line 1,2,3 and 4, monographic studies were carried out on pipeline moving plan, protection plan, difficulties on implementation, problems disposal and the principle of traffic organization. The beneficial exploration were carried out on engineering case analysis and discussion in the early stage of Suzhou rail transit projects, including moved pipeline protection, protection in situ directly, method determination of site traffic organization plan in the core construction period, methods meeting the width of the construction and the instance analysis from points to lines and planes; On the other hand, according to the implementation of Suzhou rail transit, the key points in early engineering projects were summarized and optimized, which included the organization system, institutional improvement, basic principles, program implementation steps, considerations in design and construction period. These above contents embodied the actively exploration of the Suzhou rail transit builders, and the fully use of the engineering characteristics, to guide the subsequent early engineering work, to produce good political benefit, economic benefit and social benefit.
