As the compressed natural gas(CNG) is developing into the major trend for natural-gas automobiles and the subsidiary compressed natural gas station has been booming fully,especially the techniques for it.Hydraulic-piston compressor is the new generation one with advantages of energy conservation and environment protection,small occupation area,low investment and operation cost,which is more and more acclaimed by clients and becomes the preferred technique to build the subsidiary CNG station.The working of hydraulic-piston compressor bases on the hydraulic driving principle,in other words,the hydraulic pressure push the piston to do the straight reciprocating motion in order to compress and pressurize the natural gas.So the pressurization system of hydraulic-piston compressor is hydraulic system,which’s dynamic performance can effect the whole working performance directly.There are a few breakthroughs to technologies and those just merely meet the demands in the dynamic performance of hydraulic system. As the requirements for the compressor of subsidiary fueling station,it is hard to make a good performance among the response time, reliability and noise abatement.Under this condition,we make the self-interdependent researching and producing hydraulic system of L-shaped hydraulic-piston compressor by corporation K as study project.Toanalyst the operating process,technical problems, mathematical modeling and so on.After that doing experiments with modeling and simulation to research the dynamic performance of compressor system within hydraulic-piston and analyst dominant parameters which effect the operating process,at last, to put forward relative improvement measures for its quality.And at the same time,the other conclusions from this paper can also provide experiences for the optimization and improvement to promote the development in the research area of hydraulic system within hydraulic-piston compressor,which giving a better boost to our compressednatural gas(CNG) automobiles in progress.
