Planning Project Of Hanshan County Electric Communication Network

Smart grid has solid structure, and is supported by communication and information platform. With intelligent control, it gets involved in the generation, transmission, transformation, distribution, consumption and dispatch of power of all voltages, integrating "power flow, information flow and business flow". It is strong and reliable, efficient and economical, clean and environment-friendly, transparent and open modern power grid with high interactivity.Establishing complete county electric power communication network, and improving the planning and construction of county electric power communication network is vital to advance the construction of smart grid in rural area, and provide significant foundation to ensure the safe operation of rural power grid and the high quality of power supply service. However, with the increasingly rapid development of various communication network technologies, communication personnel are difficult to fully grasp the development of diversified communication network technologies comprehensively, so a lot of problems arise in the original communication network planning in terms of construction, technology and effects. Therefore, only by paying more attention to the construction of communication network with unified planning, and rational layout can solve the existing problems in communication network. On this basis, the construction of communication network should be improved in the future, and reasonable and careful planning and layout should be formulated in advance to meet the future development demands of smart grid.This paper analyzes all communication networks and services networks of the company in details, and finds out the weak links of all businesses of Hanshan company. After fully considering the county communication network planning and construction principles of State Grid Corporation of China, this paper determines the network hierarchical structure and topology structure of the company through the in-depth analysis of the current and future development demands of the company’s businesses. Also, under the consideration of establishing communications disaster tolerance network, this paper proposes communication network programs for the company. Based on this plan, the company will establish a dedicated communication network which supports multiple service access with flexible networking, which can improve company’s communication level greatly.
