With the development of urban distribution business and network information technology, higher request to the information management of electric power enterprise is put forward. Under this background, aiming at the problems of Luan rural power company electric power communication network construction, this paper studied the construction scheme of electric power communication network system, solved the problem of weak network communication in this company. This has important guidance and application value for the construction of power supply company communication network.In order to complete the work, first of all, the paper started from the existing communication network architecture, in-depth analysis of the current status of communication network of enterprises, put forward future communication engineering demand, and the investment of the project is estimated, and laid the foundation for the communication of project smoothly.Secondly, on the basis of the current situation and existing problems of the power communication network of the company, the construction scheme of the communication network is designed. Company optical transmission network equipment primarily to ensure the reliability of technology, SDH technology platform is the best choice, However, considering the support of traditional business types based on the Ethernet service access has a high demand, so the program recommended the use of MSTP optical transmission technology to support the requirements of smart grid communications. All nodes used devices of supporting the MSTP function. Using SDH technology platform, the main ring network with the capacity of 2.5G is built into the backbone, it contains the company’s central station as well as an important 35kV site. The capacity of the access layer is a sub ring or link of 622M.After the implementation of the program can meet the company’s next five years of communication needs.Then, in this paper, the company’s cable erection was examined, the survey was sited, cable erection scheme was developed. And plans to rely on the 35kV line has been built to set up the cable, that is, the type of cable to use ADSS cable, the number of cores in the 24 core to consider. Difficulty and equipment on site location and the corresponding quantities of disclosure, for late cable successfully set up to provide experience.Finally, this paper carries on the refinement to the engineering implementation stage, find out the existing problems, analyzes the reasons and puts forward corresponding solutions, to practice in subsequent projects, compare the results of different projects.
