As a large energy consumption city, Beijing has constructed a complex energy system including heat, power and natural gas. But now, heat, power and natural gas dispatches are isolated. There is only one loose coordination mechanism to deal with three dispatches. When facing special situations, such as power peak and severe winter, we can’t optimize the allocation of three dispatches effectively. Researching heat power and natural gas combined dispatch is the content of promoting energy technology revolution and system revolution, and is essential for developing energy internet. This article is quite important both theoretically and practically.First, based on the research about characteristics of heat, power and natural gas dispatches, this article makes a contrastive study of three dispatches. Based on heat power curve, this article analyses coupling characteristics of heat, power and natural gas.Second, based on analysis of combined dispatch situation in Beijing, this article emphasizes the necessity of designing a combined dispatch department. This article designs a combined dispatch department, including its organisation, business content, business process and data platform. The combined dispatch department has a simplified structure and clear business content. Data platform is friendly, open and data sharing, which realizes extensive participation for three dispatches and optimal allocation in a large scope. At last, By analysing operation characteristics of heat power curve, and supply and demand balance relations of heat and power, this article proposes a subregional mixed strategy for combined optimal dispatch:combined optimal dispatch mathematical model and combined optimal dispatch strategy sheet. This mixed strategy has strong pertinence, multiple choices, feedback and interaction. According to practical situations in Beijing, this article analyses and simulates the mixed strategy.
